After the event we return, break down all equipment, and leave the site in the condition we found it. No follow-up calls about missing gear or cleanup.

Minimum order and deposit requirements are confirmed at booking. Weather contingencies — side walls, flooring, heating — are scoped during the initial call, not added the week of the event.
Common questions: We require a signed agreement and 50% deposit to hold your date. Final headcount adjustments are accepted up to 14 days before the event.
